These are Nos or take-off's 1964 Dodge Dart 270 Roof pillar emblems. These are super clean the only reason I say take-offs is cause the nuts are screwed on the studs. I believe these are nos with-out the packaging. still has the foam gaskets to install. Always pitted with broken studs. A great addition to any nice 64 "270" model.
