not a-body, but sway bar end links for a ramcharger

This is a long shot, but I am looking for front sway bar end links for a 84 ramcharger 2wd. The part number is 3637319..Can't find an aftermarket interchange. It sort of clamps to the bar and bolts to the frame.

I got gunbunny to run the part thru the locator service and nothing..No aftermarket part number comes up either...
