I've got an 01 Dodge Ram 1500 with about 78k actual miles. However, at some point the odometer was replaced ( with a used one ) and the title says exempt. I am trying to sell the truck but am having problems because some of the potential buyers say their banks don't care that the title says exempt but wont give them the auto loan since the odometer is over 150k miles.

My question is this, how easy is it to removed the guages from the dash? Has anyone done this and can you give me some pointers? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Well if you have to remove the dash......well lets just say that a *****. I think you have to take the top halk of the dash off to get to the idiot panel. For the dash youll need to people it makes it a heck of alot easier. Hope it helps it alittle!
