I assume he meant to say NOS used parts not NOS use parts. So NOS can't be used, that's what the N stands for LOL! I would bet it's just a garage full of old car parts, there might be some good stuff but I doubt its a $100,000 find. Or its already been cherry picked of the good stuff.

I read it to mean a mixture of used AND NOS parts. Worth checking out for someone close by. You never know...
