Yeah, that's not a survivor, that's a resto project. Unless I missed something it wouldn't be too difficult, but it's still only a 383 auto Roadrunner. A done car can be bought for not much more than his asking price. A buddy of mine bought a 70 383/4spd almost done, painted, rebuilt motor and interior for $12k and now $4-5k more its about finished and he added an Air Grabber hood to it.
