Still nicer than anything I own/drive: The best part: She's safer in that, than that Honda. The parents possibly thought about that, too. ( I would own one,as a daily driver...)

I would walk before driving a chevy. With that being said it is a nice car and I am always happy to see another American car on the road. Doesn't matter who bought the car or what for, at the end of the day all money is green.

I'll wave as I go by......:burnout:

My son has a yellow one, black interior. They are pretty bad ***, cars. Even if you don't like them.

if she is a good student and young person, working hard to get an education, and her parents were able to help her out with a really nice car, more power to them!!!!! I hope she appreciates all they do for her. all none of my business.
but I do like the looks of the Camero, and the Chally..... neither on my plate, but that's O K.... brand loyalty,,, that's pretty much out my window!!!! Ha

it sure rides smooth we took a 45 minute road trip in it and I didn't expect it to so smooth on the road. I was thinking the ride would be too rigid with those huge wheels and low profile tire. There was more road noise than my dad's car but that is probably to be expected but with the stereo system you don't hear anything outside the car. We jammed Blink 182 throwback on the way. Fun car

When this model was going through prototype you might have got a sneek peek of the clay model designs. I did and I liked those a lot better than what Chevrolet ended up with here. Still good to hear of a rice burner being traded in for something Born in the USA! I think my fav Camaro is a 68.
