Not sure if this has been posted before, but VGG did a 318 stroker build.

That's 425tq @ 6000 rpm which is generally down to 90% of peak tq at peak hp. So peak tq should be around 472 tq which is tq:cid 1.35:1 which are really good numbers.
 
It was posted. LS rockers. I think 485 is a projected number, I don't think it's been dyno'ed. I could be wrong. Interesting to say the least.
