This if a core water pump from a 1968 LA engine with the Left side lower outlet. Correct for your 340 restoration most likely.
It's a core and would probably need rebuilt; It has the original plastic / phenolic DpcID impeller and 2402704 Part # on the Casting. It has been cleaned and there is just a hint of surface rust from the wash solution I use in the derust process. It will blast up very nice.
I would rather see it get used than tossed in the scrap pile.
