Offset magnum Rockers

Porting and smoothing a set of magnum heads. Is there anyway to eliminate the pushrod pinch and open up the intake runner for pedestal magnum style rockers? I know with the LA engines you can get an offset shaft style rocker arm is there anything similar available for the pedestal magnum style cylinder heads? Thanks
