what you need is a tool that will fit in the holes, like the tool you use to tighten or loosen discs on a cut of wheel
i would get a piece of flat stock, drill a few holes in and put some bolts through the holes 10-24 1/4-20, whatever fits
Did this trick on a new firebird back in 1979. Filter must have been put on dry at the factory. Had a long handle adjustable wrench. The ends of the handles fit in the oil holes. Used a short breaker bar between the legs to twist it off.
