Does anyone know what size, and where to get an oil gallery plug removal tool?

The damn thing is somewhere in size between a 1/4" socket extension and a 3/8" extension.

Also what size are the little plug bold heads are on the sides of a 360 block?

Im picking up a torch in a few minutes to I can get these damn things out.

i am thinking they are 5/16. i have a set of the snapon square drive head sockets that i have had since 80's i think. if i had a small block opened up at this time i would measure them for you. sorry

I used a length of square stock with an adjustable wrench. Don't remember the size...If you have a new one in a kit, take it with to match a size?

i ground one out of an old broken tool on the grinder , don't use it often enough to buy the proper tool. And the water plugs on the side of block if thats what your talking about are 1/4 npt
