My car has been front-halved and the engine mounts with a motor plate. I have a nice big rectangle to work with but limited ground clearance because the car is low. When I had a 6 quart pan (stock that had been sumped) on it I only have 1.5 inches clearance. I can run a dragster type pan or the sump in any place now. I will also need the hemi sized pickup as the block has been tapped for it. Any suggestions? This is a street car.

Check out Milodon I have been running their pans for years. They have many different sizes and shapes.

This is what I run, my car sits low too but the pan comes no where close to scraping. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/mil-31580

The biggest issue I had was I need to shorten the recommended pick up tube to get it to work. Read the reviews at summit on the recommended pick up tube.

I run the milodon road race pan but it sounds like your options are very open.
