I have a mor-20760 oil pan from a 68 dart .I would like to use it in my 64 dart big block any body know any reason why it will not work

Your type size is too big. It's hurting my eyes.
It will probably work. Can you mock it up with a bare block? I am building a 64 Dart and will be using a 699 pan from a C body. The last deep pan that I installed in a 383 66 Valiant needed to be clearanced near the idler arm I think it was. The 699 pan has the relief in it.
