Oil pump question

OK, guys, I'm putting my 340 back together, and I'm to the point of putting the oil pump on. One of my Mopar engine books talks about the oil pump gasket, but the other doesn't mention it. I got the full Fel-Pro gasket kit, but there doesn't seem to be anything close in it. What gives?

My fel pro kit did not have one either, should be with the pump though if its new.

yep use one. only use oil to put it in place, no silicone.
