Ok back to dual snorkel scoop discussions

looking for info on where to get a scoop that would work the best on the 72 hood,,,I purchased a scoop from ebay,,,big mistake does not follow hood line at all,,add said fits 72 hood,,,,

I bought mine from Classic Industries, but for a 74 and its fits well. Keep in mind there is some filing to make them fit flat.

I too got my from Classic. No real issue but had to do a bit of hand fitting.

AAR Fiberglass made nice ones but they closed their doors recently. 1972 is obviously the flat hood (Demon) version and 1973+ is the contoured (Dart Sport) version. Some sellers don't know the difference or don't care. The flat version fits more cars that didn't have the scoop as an option, like Dusters. Used ones pop up here once in a while. Good luck.

There were 2 offered by Mopar performance years ago.
Dart demon style and Duster style (I believe) slightly different too.
I was told the aftermarket was not a direct bolt on and needed a bit of love to make fit. Studs are smaller diameter also.
