The value of your car depends on how you are attempting to value it.

Stock:
If the car left the factory with the 340 as stated by the numbers, it will have a higher value than a non-340 version. Production numbers will usually favour the model with the lower production numbers if engine displacement is same.

Modified:
If the car is modified, then you cant ususally use this as a "set in stone" guide. Instead, you should have your car appraised by a professional. They will take in to consideration the condition of the vehicle, the costs of modifications, and execution of the modifications to come up with a value.

SInce your car is a beautiful modified, the value could easily exceed what you have stated in your other post. A lender does not have the expertise to do this, instead looking up simple numbers based on VINs. IMO, get it appraised.

I have one appraisal done for 16,500 who expertises in this area called the bank they said it had to be done by this tw lane. He appraised it at 10000 but that was based off a dart not a demon and he really thought it was a dart not a demon and its a freaking demon I used the decoder here and seen the difference in body styles btwn the two. I have another who has seen photos and list of what is done and seen other comprable cars and he says 15000 and another who says the same so 3 out of 4 appraisers say its a demon classic/modified worth 15k or more than I have this one who didn't even or couldn't even tell it was a reall demon and not a dodge dart.

I agree, after seing the pictures of your car that it would be easily valued at $15k. I'm not saying that if you were to try and sell it you would get that, just that the condition of the car would warrant that price. It sounds like you need to talk to the guy that appraised your car at $10k and convince him otherwise. If I remember, you were getting an equity loan on the car. Maybe it's a sign that this isn;t a good idea. The appraiser is probably playing it safe with that value that you feel is low.
