Looking for an upgrade on my original motor 1967 383 4 speed barracuda. Hoping I can just rebuild bolt on and go. Maybe give me a little more performance than my 383 Carter 4298s.

I'm not familiar with this model carb. It is a larger cfm Carter AFB with manual choke like my original 4298s? I want something that can bolt on and go. Do you know what size the Venturi openings are. My email [email protected]

They are 1 9/16 and 1 7/16. This is a bolt on and go carb. It was completely stripped and rebuilt. Ill send you pics.

Will this carb flow more cfm than my 4298s? I'm looking for something around 700+ because my 4298 only flows about 575 cfm. Thats why I'm looking for a 4326 or 4328 they came on 67 440's and flowed about 750. How does the 3437 stack up?

Just found the info that the 3437 flows about the same as my 4298 around 575 cfm. Thanks but unless that isn't true I'll wait for a larger afb to come up like a 4326 or 4328.

[FOR SALE] - Carter Carb I've got a rebuildable competition series carb if your interested

I noticed the carb looks like it has an electric choke. Do you know what the 9626 approximately flows? My Carter carb 4298 has a manual choke. Would the changes needed for the electric choke require some re wiring?

Do you have a pic of your carb to compare the same sides to see if it will work? Unsure of the flow you might be able to do some research on it all I know about it as far as that goes is its a competition series carb
