Over or Underdrive pulley?

I put a new crank pulley on the stroker, the old belt is too small now, does this mean my new crank pulley is an under, or overdrive? What are the pro's and cons of the new sized pulley?

I think a larger crank pulley would be overdrive for the water pump and alternator. Probably good for charging and cooling bad for horsepower. Don't think there would be a noticeable horsepower loss.
