Overall best rear disc conversion kit

I have come to realize that modifying up to rear discs in the rear is very high up on my to do list. Which kit would you guys say is the best all around?

If it's an 8 1/4 go with the factory jeep grand cherokee set up its a direct bolt up also ford exploder rear disc works too.
