Owner and auto I.D. card W/ plastic pocket

I've seen on 60's and 70's A body mopars, a plastic pocket with a metal card in it. The card had the cars info on it with the owners info on plastic strips stuck to the metal card. I think the card is aluminum with blue Chrysler printing. If anybody knows where to get these, Please let me know. Thanks.

The only way to get a Certicard was from the factory. The 1968 model year was the last time they were used.

The only one I've seen re-popping these is Galen Govier.
I'm not a fan, and he's really proud of himself and his services.
