Pa. car title question?

How do I get a Pa. title for a parts car I purchased in N.Y. ? I did get a notarized bill of sale.

No, the car is 60 years old and has not been registered in N.Y.

unless PA has some type of old car registration program, I think this may cost you a bit. You alternatives could be: buy another car with a title and swap over stuff, Buy a title from someone who sells titles {they are out there} use a title service {offered in hemmings etc.} or register the vehicle in Vermont . They dont use titles in Vermont and you dont need to be a resident of vermont to register a vehicle in vermont. You will need to pay the tax though and it is based on the NADA value. I like the Vermont registration idea. You can sport the vermont tag or change it over to the PA registration.
