On my steel dash frame, I have some rub thru that happened with the 400 grit sander, do I have to prime those spots before I rattlecan SEM black? Also, whats the closest OEM black color for an Abody 71 by SEM ? Thanks

68 Dart 340/727:66 Signet Vert 340/5spd: 68 D100
yes i would. it will eat under that edge. best to spot prime. then shoot the SEM.
