Now that I have my crank/pistons/rods installed in my 360, I want to baffle the stock pan before I put it on. I've seen Dulcich do it, and I've seen it talked about on here.

I've made a few templates "in my time", but how do you get the pick up tube and dip stick tube holes in the right spot? I'm thinking I'll have to make the template, and adjust a few times. Even so, I can't see how it fits once the pan is on.

Maybe I'm overthinking this. I probably have to get the cardboard, tape and scissors out and start doing it?

I wish someone would stamp one

So as not to "hit and run", I'm posting my final result showing my pan baffle.

It's far from perfect, and definitely no where near as good as the others on this thread, but it's what I'm capable of, and I think it'll work. if I don't try, i'll never learn.

The welds are BRUTAL, but they are solid, and debris-free, so as not to contaminate the engine. Big plus, I didn't burn any holes!

I didn't worry about baffling side g-loads mainly because I couldn't replicate the above baffles; the ones with the circular shape for the pick-up and, being a street-strip car, it'll never see any hard cornering. I did baffle the front, for any hard braking experienced while avoiding (hopefully) bracket racing break outs.

The pictures are of the templates, "patches" I added when the baffles didn't quite fit, and of course, the completed mess!
