Okay I have a 65 Barracuda and I have no idea what to call the panel under the radiator/grill. It is directly under the bumper. and has an air scoop in it. Mine is VERY beat up and I don't think I can salvage it.

It sounds from description that it's a lower front valance panel.

I think you are right. Do you know if it can be removed separately and is it Barracuda specific?

should be able to get it by itself. i'm sure it is model specific perhaps over a few years but 1st model cuda I cant speak specifically to your Barracuda.
