:banghead::banghead:Just installed my ACC carpet(took along time to get that to fit right!) Putting seats back in and wouldn't you know it I forgot to mark the outer seat belt holes. Carpet is glued down(cause of dynomat) can anybody show me or give and measurement on where they are? I've been poking around and can't seem to find them. Really don't want to try and pull the carpet back up.http://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/images/smilies/BangHead.gif

Crawl under the car with an awl and locate the holes from underneath. They'll be behind the front seat near the rocker panel.....

Don't the outer seat belt bolt holes go into a cavity that is not accessed under the car?
I thought I remembered that being the case.

Still should be able to find them with a test light point without too much trouble, and they are about 6-8 inches in front of the rear seat up the sides a bit.

I should read better.I was thinking the seat bolt holes. Yep Greg is right they don't go to the outside of the car, and has a good idea to find them.

What year and model car are you working on?

If it helps, the holes are not on the floorboard, they're on the vertical section of the inner rocker panel. Use your pointed tool horizontally instead of vertically to find them....

 You're right....I forgot they're hidden from underneath

It's about time you didn't have to correct me on something.
"Even a blind dog finds a bone once in awhile" right? :D

Thanks guys. (Cosgig, thanks great pictures) I had all other holes marked but those two. Used a solder gun to melt through from under the car. That works. Great(for bolt hole you can see) can't see the two outside seat belt holes. There in the rockers. Again Thanks everyone for the help!
