How do you get the lenses out of the grill to change socket and or bulbs looks like the grill has to come out ?

No need to pull the grill. I thought the same as you at first, but it is quite simple. Need to look at mine to remember how it came apart, will report back. Getting old is no fun.

Remembered to check today. There is a screw at the very bottom of the chrome trim around the park light lens. It may be easier to feel than see. Remove the screw and the chrome trim and lens will come off. Good luck.
