Part ID?

Hello all - I have a 69 Dart GTS. I found this in a bag of parts marked " Door ". Not sure where it goes. Sorry about the one pic. Thanks FABO!

This goes inside the door behind the door panel. It hooks onto the metal door frame just above the inside release handle. It's purpose is to prevent water from getting into the release mechanism.
