does anyone have a part number for a small bolt patter 15x4 steel wheel? i once saw mention on here somewhere but cant find a PN

I had heard that one of the wheel companies was in bankruptsy but I am not sure if that is accurate or who it is.

Stockton wheel makes custom steel wheels.
