Paypal help plz

I tried contacting Paypal with a question (that's a joke) only got recordings. maybe a member here can help me out.
Question:
I have a $200 dollar paypal balance showing on my account, I want to purchase some parts on Ebay. Can I use that balance towards the cost of the parts and paypal would charge my account attached to my paypal with the balance for order?Or will they charge my bank acct with the full total and leave my paypal balance as is?

PayPal will use the balance in your account.

Yes, place your order and at checkout you can choose PP and a window will pop up to log in to PP, once your satisfied with what you see finalize the transaction and you will be paying with your PP balance.
