PCV Grommet

Anybody know where I can find a PCV grommet with a 1.25" OD and a .5" ID? I have an aftermarket valve cover so I don't believe a factory replacement grommet will work because of the 1" OD. Thanks!

That's for 1/16 thickness but search rubber grommet and you'll probably find it for thicker material.
