Hey guys my bro has a 96 ram that I built a 408 for and it seems to suck about a quart of oil every-every other gas fill up through the pcv valve. We have already replaced it twice. Using a valve cover breather/filter on the driver side. A quick swipe with a q tip on the inside of the pcv hose shows excess oil. any suggestions

Yeah there is a baffle running the entire length of the valve cover. I will work on preforming a leak down test and get back to you.

When you pull the air filter off and look down through the tb you can see all the oil pooled up in the intake.( not the stock intake that has the gasket problem- has a hughes airgap fi intake.)

Stock beer barrel intake manifold? The oil pooling in the plenum wreaks of the plenum gasket blowing out. Why in the world they made the intake a 2 piece?
