I have a 73 scamp has power disc up front, got the master cyl and spacer and adj rod from dr diff. Have any of you done this and how did it work out? wanting to get rid of the brake booster.

My big block Duster had power. I just removed all the bracket and booster crap and bolted the master to the firewall making sure I had a good retainer on the rod and it was seated properly. If you don't want quite as stiff a pedal go with the small bore cloud car masters.

I just upgraded to disc from drums using a 15/16 bore master. The pedal feel is roughly the same as before but much better stopping. Most power brake masters are a larger bore which makes the pedal feel harder. Not sure of your bore but something to consider.
