Penticton BC, Peach City Beach Cruise .. anyone going?

Anyone going to the show this year? Carmen and I are catching the ferry on Thursday and heading to Merritt for the night, then heading to Penticton on Friday morning. We'll be in my '70 Dart.

Going over the car today to make sure everything is good for the long drive, noticed the wheel bearings looked a bit dry. Pulled the drivers side apart and yep, they're toast. Metal shavings everywhere. New bearings both sides, packed and installed, much better.

At the show now, seems I may have the only Dart. Going over the Coke, uphill under load, anything over 2500 RPM and the engine would stumble. Got to Merritt and checked it out, fuel filter was pretty dirty so I replaced it. Upon further inspection I found my plugs to be a bit white, I'll try Re jetting it before we leave tomorrow. Changing the fuel filter helped though, no more stumbling up hill, just a tiny bit of hesitation (I thought, though Carmen thinks I'm just being paranoid).
