Is there such a thing as a "perfect donor car" for doing a BB swap in a Duster ('72)?

Something I could take the engine/trans/differential from, and front suspension components to bolt up on the Duster to get the BBP setup/brakes up front?

that depends a 73+ A body alot of them have disc brakes.. Then you can make a DC style BB K frame from the K frame from the same car. As far as engine and drive train depends on what motor you go with.

a bb powerd cordoba can provide you with the best useable parts. you can use the front and rear huge brakes the engine and motor mounts if you find a 73+ k frame and make a dc style k frame. you would then still need to either run the adapters to use the big brakes with your small ball joints or a set of new or used 73+ upper control arms possibly from the same car as the k frame and a stronger rear, which depending on your goals an 8 1/4 from the same a body could work too. there is no single car that will provide you with everything unless it was already modified.
