Hey Guys. The two local shops I was looking at to rebuild my 904 are backlogged. Any one dealt with Performance Automatic Transmissions in Maryland for crate trans. Like the idea they use a TransGo shift kit & offer a forever warranty on trans,torque converter packages.

Wow. I'll take no comments about them here & positive info. about PAT from a local builder being a good thing. If I mentioned TCI there would be about 20 post's. Most negative.

I've dealt with Performance Automatic a number of times on their Ford stuff, and have known people with 8 and 9 second Fords running their stuff.

No complaints.

Finally got my tranny from Performance Automatic today. Almost like Christmas.:cheers: Hopefully I'll be able to get her in the cuda this weekend. These guys have an excellent rep. so hope it will hold up to my abuse. It's their stage 2 550 hp rated 904 with 2600 stall converter. Built with Alto Red Eagle clutches,Kolene Steels & TransGo shift kit. Comes with Deep pan, poly trans mount & locking dipstick.Very nice package & saved about 30% with some accumulated summit bucks.
