Phishing originating from this site

Every time I log on this site and click a few posts, my protection software triggers a warning of Phishing attempts. It lists the website that is attempting to grab data.
I am getting these from browsing the site, not clicking any links posted.
The Phishing information is as follows, do not click if they show up as a link.

This happened 3 hours ago and just again 5 minutes ago.
Would like to know if this is a legit function of this site.

This seems to be relavent. That executable is part of windows and might have gotten hijacked.
