same way, just copy and paste the img in the text box.
If you were in your pic gallery you could pick a picture and click on it, there will be an IMG in brackets surrounding the link to the pic. Copy the IMG/link line, then paste it in to your text box with your text message. You can also preview it before you send. This should work with any pic as long as you have the link surrounded by the IMG in brackets.

I thought that was blocked. You may have to host the image on a web server like photo bucket and link it with a tag like this:
