Pics of bucket seat inside headrest hardware

Does anybody happen to have any pics of the inside of a 68-69 A-body bucket seat back showing where all of the headrest mounting pieces are located under the seat cover?

I did a google search and came up empty....also checked the '69 Master parts catalog for an exploded view...and none there either....
