you dont really need a picture. they are marked L and R (IIRC) on the end of the bar(s).
you can put them in backwards and it dont matter, just do not get the L and R (left and right) sides mixed up. If you put the left on the right and vice versa, that will cause the twist in the opposite direction and the bar will prolly break shortly after,
