The James Dean Festival is the last weekend in September in his home town of Fairmont, Indiana in northeastern part of the state. It usually has a few thousand cars and they feature the MERCURY's. This year it seemed to be down on the mercs from the 50's

had a Mopar section and here are some of the cars

Great Mopars, the Valiant Signet is the same color as MeMike.

In the second grouping..all the cars inside were his ?

Great share..thanks

I have to agree. That Signet would look a lot better with rally wheels or some 14 in Cragars.

Didn't care for the wheels either

The red Cuda convertible and a few other cars had a pop up canopy blow over it and damage it after I took that picture, so remember when you use one, SECURE IT OR TAKE IT DOWN IF IT IS WINDY. Friend that told me about the damage was just a few cars down from where the damage occurred.

Yea, but the rims on it don't do it any justice in my opinion!

The Little Valiant sure made evening :D till I seen the wheels :shaking2:
That is the first one I seen with my color combo.

Thank you for sharing this James Dean show, there sure are some nice cars here
