Not after market but I did a 89 Jeep Cherokee tilt that was mocked up in my 69 Dart before it went to the media blaster/paint shop. You will need a flaming river 5/8C to 1 inch double D u-joint and a 12 inch X 1 inch double-D shaft to connect the two. Wiring is a hassle but not too bad if you get both the A body diagram and the jeep diagram. Wipers have to be left on the dash unless you want to have your wiper motor re done.
