Pistol grip and a auto tranny

Anyone ever take a 4-speed pistolgrip shifter handle and mate it to an automatic shifter? I don't mean buy an aftermarket handle and put it on a slapstick shifter, I mean like putting one on a B&M shifter? Pictures please!

Thanks for the compliment and I wish it were still that clean and Big!!! It is a 30x40 and I wish it was a 60x80 now! It hasn't been that clean for two years but I keep that picture in hopes to use it as inspiration to clean it that good again.

The pistolgrip shift handle is available to replace a stock mopar shifter, just saw one put in a 66 fury...an outfit out of NJ does it for $ 199 (?). I'll see if I can locate the info. I don't see why you couldn't do it on a B&M.

I beleive GTGrinly is right about that outfit in jersey,I saw auto pistol grip shifters at carlisle maybe 5years or so back,didnt give it much attention though cause I run 4-speed,however,they are,or were available.
