Pistol Grip Shifter?

I’m trying to find out if a Pistol Grip shifter would have been installed on a 70 Duster 340 from the factory or dealership? I believe the code is D21. I can’t find definitive proof either way.

Factory absolutely not

The best fitting pistol grip is the 71-72 B body bench seat handle IIRC.
