Piston Identification

Motor is a 383 and i had the oil pan off of the car. I did not build this motor but if i look up to the bottom of the pistons i can see the numbers 233-99. Does anyone have any info on these pistons? Really curious if they are cast or forged.

the cast or forged part is easy. the cast will have small seams where the casting pieces go together plus depending on the maker you'll be able to see the expansion plates on each side of the wrist pin.
