piston rings?

Id reckon moly rings since they're lower friction. You may want to ask your builder because I believe there needs to be a special surface prep for moly rings. The over bore must be exact. I used cast rings in my low buck bottom end turbo mag 318. But i just honed an uncut block. I've always heard avoid stainless rings but that was back when I was just building NA blocks. Not really too worried about blow-by since I use a catch can.
 
searching the interweb, and see quite a few using Sealed Power Hellfire rings, ductile top, iron second and std tension oil.
