Pistons and rings

Hey all,
I am kicking around ideas. I have a great low milage 71 LA 318. The Mach shop I use stated that I could use HP/Comp pistons to increase the comp ratio. Is there a set or brand or even a part # that any of you have used the you would recomend or condem? If I bring up the comp ratio, will I need to use non stock rods?

you can use stock rods...

these pistons will raise your compression.....but you better check to see what heads you are using...as to what cc the heads are.....otherwise you might have too much compression
