pitman arm help and 90 deg filter help

how do i take off the pitman arm off from the power steering gear and how do i tighten the main bolt that holds the adapter to the block and what size is that bolt and the main pitman arm bolt???

Well that is an easy one, you will need a pitman arm puller, and most likely a 3/4 impact gun to supply enough torque to remove. The tool you need is in the bottom right of this photo http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=92882

Need a better explanation of what you are talking about here

and what size is that bolt and the main pitman arm bolt???

I think the pitman arm nut is 34 or 36 mm.

the 90 dergree filter has a Big long bolt that goes through the adapter into the block to hold it. what do i use to tighten it like what size?

Oh. I believe that is a 15/16's, but you should be able to use an end wrench on it.
