There is enough of us on here that maybe we can make a little bit of differance in this world! I usally don't say much on here but the acts of the past week are unthinkable and I am heatbroken of what has taken place. I lived throught 9/11 and saw more death that day that I never wanted to see it again and still haunts me to this day.
But enough of that, I ask that maybe some of you in the next week to do something- one single act of random kindness to someone, it does not have to be anything big. Maybe when you are getting gas and you look over and see that women in that beat up car with 3 kids trying to scrape enough money for 2 gallons of gas, maybe you walk over and give her 10 bucks? or Help someone in any way. We can make a differance! As bad and evil as some can be others can do so much good. If you see someone in the food store that looks like they could need some help hand them 1.00 or 5.00 ? Maybe that will give them a hot me tonight.
Donate a used coat or clothes to you local church.
Each year me & wife don't buy each others gifts, we take the money that we would spend on each other and buy toys for the unfortunate familys of our town, we never give our name we just drop them off and leave this year with sandy hitting we also gave toys to our Hospital for their toy drive for the families hit by sandy. We also found a family that has fallen on real hard times so we sent them some gift cards.
I am not writing this to pat myself on my back for what we do , I want you all to try and do something no matter how small, it feels great to do it. It really does. Lets see what we can do!
