I’m using Noico sounds deadener insulation on the firewall instead of the stock fibreglass & cardboard insulation so I now have the holes in the firewall where the plastic pins would have gone through. Any ideas of what I can use to cover those holes up? It’s for a 1970 dart swinger.

Couldn’t you install the pins through the Noico and it would look factory on the engine bay side of the firewall?

Here are some options:

I believe top 2 are body plugs, center pics, not sure what they're called, bottom pics I think are called push pins or plastic trim pins. I use these for a lot of stuff & they are easy to find at a local auto parts or even hardware stores. You could even paint the heads to match the firewall color so they are not as noticeable.

Bottom ones are called push pins or christmas trees. We kept hundreds on hand when i was still in the body shop
