Plugging holes in a Performer Intake

After much disappointment on an earlier transaction, I have purchased a performer intake off ebay. I am having it shipped to Leanna to have it powdercoated in Mopar blue for a more stock appearance.

My question this morning. Since I am looking for the stock appearance I would like to have plugs in the extra holes installed so that the plugs get powdercoated at the same time. Looking at the pictures of the 2176 intake manifold it looks like there are several to get plugs. My question is which ones?
This will go into a '72 Duster with a 318. There will be power brakes. What other holes do I need to leave open? If you want to include a picture, that's worth a thousand words!

That intake has a million extra holes in it.

You need once for the temp sending unit, once for the brakes one for the heater hose and one for the by pass hose.
 
Thanks Adam, does it matter which ones are used? One other thing that might matter - I will be having a/c also.

A good thought if the intake was coming here first. Since it is going to Leanna she is doing me a favor to hunt down the correct plugs and do the job for me. Just didn't want to ask more than necessary of her.

Cal, there's really no such thing around here as "too much to ask." We try to be a full service shop around here, usually devoting more time and effort to do whatever needs done to get the job done right the first time. You should be able to open the box and go install it on your car.

Something to consider about Tom's idea is that when you remove the powdercoated-in-place plugs later to use the opening, you may encounter some breakage or chipping when you break the plug loose. Scoring it around the edge may work -- never tried it -- but I'd be more inclined to do what I usually do.

If customers send their hardware with the part to be coated, I'll coat it too at no extra cost. Everything will be blasted, all threads will be masked, and all threaded openings in the part will be plugged and later tapped just to be sure they're clean before it goes back to the customer. (I've even been known to polish brass plugs if customers don't want them coated.) I'd do the same thing with yours, coating them fully to the installation point, so that when they're installed the finish will be uniform and they'll be easily removable in the event you need to later on.

No extra charge sir. Have it the way you like it. Just like Burger King. :-D
